You have to pay just 1-month security deposit & 1 month rent in advance before we confirm the booking. We will ensure to make your stay comfortable for you.
For KYC documentation do share a latest photograph and a Government photo Id proof (PAN card not acceptable) at the time of move-in at the Shelter.
In case any tenant uploads invalid documents, GoShelter holds the rights to reject such void documents and may either extend the move-in date for resubmission of the valid documents by the tenant or cancel the booking.
